Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a rebate, you must:

1) Sign a lease for a minimum of six months.

2) List Capitol City Apartments and the agent on the rental application and lease agreement.

3) The property you choose must be a participating property that will allow Capitol City Apartments to provide the rebate to you. (If the property will not allow Capitol City Apartments to provide a rebate we will not be obligated to do so.)

4) You must complete the registration form within 30 days of signing your lease.

5) Capitol City Apartments will only pay ONE rebate per apartment unit leased pursuant to the law.

6) All rebate checks must be collected and tendered within 120 days of the date the check is issued. All uncollected rebate checks will be voided after 120 days.

Capitol City Apartments rebate policy must be followed to be eligible.

$200.00 for all participating properties when you are ESCORTED to view a three bedroom apartment by a Capitol City Apartments agent.

$100.00 for all participating properties when you are ESCORTED by a Capitol City Apartments agent.

$50.00 for all participating properties when you are NOT ESCORTED by a Capitol City Apartments agent.

Failure to follow the Terms and Conditions of Capitol City Apartments rebate policy will result in a forfeiture of your rebate.
